1. Sponsor & Eligibility
This Show Your Save Monthly Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by CDI Marketing Group B.V., operating devices4home.com (“Sponsor”).
Open worldwide to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by applicable local laws.
Not eligible to enter: employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their spouses, regardless of where they live) and household members (whether related or not).
Entrants must have their own valid email address and, if selected as a winner, be able to receive an Amazon gift card (Amazon.com or a regional Amazon store) in a supported country.
2. Entry Period & How to Enter
Each monthly entry period runs from the 1st through the last day of the calendar month (“Entry Period”). A new Entry Period begins on the 1st of each month. An entry counts toward the Entry Period in which it is submitted.
- Entry with a video (popup method): Visit devices4home.com during the Entry Period, complete the entry popup with (a) the brand or product shown and (b) a short video (10–15 seconds is enough) of a product you already own, and agree to these Official Rules and the Privacy Notice below (see also our Privacy Policy).
- Free alternate entry by email (no purchase, no video): Send an email to support@devices4home.com during the Entry Period with the subject line “Devices4Home Giveaway Entry” and your full name and email address in the message. Email entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CET on the last day of the Entry Period. They have the same odds as popup entries and go into the same drawing.
Limit one entry per person, per account (or, for email entries, per email address), per Entry Period, regardless of method. Multiple accounts/emails used to gain extra entries will be disqualified.

Actual retail value may vary slightly by region/currency at time of issuance. Prize is non-transferable; no cash alternative, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries (popup and email entries) received during the Entry Period. The drawing is conducted on or about the 15th of the following month by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final.
The potential winner will be notified by the email address provided at entry within 5 business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 7 days of notification and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where legal) a publicity release.
If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, or does not meet eligibility requirements, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
5. UGC License & Release
By submitting a video, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display the video and the entrant’s name, image, and likeness contained in it, in whole or in part, across Sponsor’s website, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, for marketing and promotional purposes.
Entrants represent and warrant that:
- They are the sole creator and owner of the video and its content;
- The video does not infringe any third party’s rights (including copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights);
- If any other identifiable person appears in the video, the entrant has obtained explicit consent from that person to submit it under these terms.
Where required by law (e.g., FTC guidance in the US), Sponsor will disclose that winning entries were submitted as part of a giveaway when reposting them as marketing content.
6. General Conditions & Amazon Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Questions about the gift card’s use are governed by Amazon’s own terms.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or use of a prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Privacy Notice — Giveaway Entrants
1. What Data We Collect
When you enter the Show Your Save Monthly Giveaway on devices4home.com, we collect:
- Email address (required)
- Brand or product shown in your video
- Video file uploaded, which may include your voice, face, and likeness
- Technical metadata (IP address, browser type, timestamp)
- Delivery data for winners (to issue the gift card)
2. Purpose & Legal Basis
We process this data based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) / UAE PDPL / US state privacy laws) to:
- Manage your entry and run the monthly random drawing
- Contact winners and deliver the prize
- Publish and utilize submitted video content for marketing across our digital channels (as authorized under the Official Rules)
3. Data Transfers & Sharing
Data may be processed using cloud hosting providers, email marketing services, and social media advertising platforms located globally. Where international transfers occur, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure data protection compliance.
4. Data Retention
- Videos not approved for publication: Deleted within 90 days after the monthly drawing.
- Entry records (email, entry date, consent record): Kept for up to 24 months after the drawing to enforce the one-entry-per-month limit, prevent fraud, and answer questions or disputes, then deleted.
- Published content: Kept for as long as it is used under the UGC license in Section 5, or until you ask us to remove it.
- Winner and prize records: Kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data, as well as to withdraw consent for marketing processing at any time by contacting us at support@devices4home.com.
